What you’ll do.
- Track budget vs actual by department and flag variances.
- Maintain trackers for suppliers, costs, reimbursements and travel expenses.
- Monitor cash movements, invoicing status and collections.
- Prepare financial inputs for management reporting.
- Organise documentation for grants, audits and due diligence.
What we’re looking for.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Interest in AI tools and simple automation for reporting.
- Attention to detail and a practical, organised mindset.
- Good written and spoken English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
