What you’ll do.
- Manage timelines, deadlines and deliverables for several international events and trade shows.
- Work with vendors and event organisers on quotes, proposal comparisons, stand production and logistics.
- Prepare options for internal decisions and follow up until decisions are made.
- Log leads in the CRM, support post-event follow-ups and report on results.
What we’re looking for.
- Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field.
- Project management skills, ideally across multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Hands-on experience organising or coordinating events.
- Experience pushing stakeholders toward a decision and securing buy-in.
- Proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented.
- English at C1 level or above; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Nice to have.
- Email marketing and CRM management.
- Task management platforms such as Linear.
