Your Role at Enline

As a Financial Analyst at Enline, you won’t be confined to a single department. Instead, you’ll collaborate across the organization, influencing a wide range of financial activities including financial modeling, budgeting, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional teamwork. We value proactive and collaborative work approaches, ensuring that your contributions will drive significant changes and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling and Data Analysis:

• Devote the majority of your time to developing and refining financial models, and conducting thorough data analyses.

• Partner with key business units to meet their specific analytical needs.

FP&A Participation:

• Actively engage in our FP&A activities, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting.

• Design and implement new budgeting processes, creating budget templates for the leadership team.

Reporting and Dashboarding:

• Take ownership of corporate reporting and dashboarding tools.

• Develop a deep understanding of our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and contract operations to enhance reporting accuracy and insights.

Timeline for Success:

First 3 Months:

• Familiarize yourself with our business operations, products, and services.

• Gain a solid understanding of existing financial models and data analysis methods.

6 Months:

• Develop and implement new budgeting and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Use your analytical expertise to improve our financial models and data analysis techniques.

1 Year and Beyond:

• Implement and roll out new budgeting and reporting processes organization-wide.

• Ensure key business stakeholders are effectively utilizing new financial templates.
